Black Friday and Cyber Monday has just passed and I had to stop myself from shopping for myself because I knew there was a lot more people I had to buy for this Xmas as I will be spending this Xmas with the boyfriend and his family. So, to prevent myself from shopping for myself, I started Xmas shopping already. Some people may think I am extremely organized and prepared but really, I just wanted to shop. I can’t help it if there’s a good deal. It makes me wonder when people start shopping for Xmas. Honestly, my boyfriend and I needed whatever deals we could get these past couple of days because we’re not rich. I also realized that we had to start ordering whatever we needed to buy online soon or else shipping could be an issue. So, whatever we had to order online, we did so these past couple of days.
I would post pics of our shopping carts but then people might find out what they are getting and that’s no fun. I will say this for all my fellow frugal Canadians, now that Black Friday and Cyber Monday are becoming a thing in Canada, I recommend you doing your shopping on these days. If you are an online shopper like me, even if there isn’t a deal on the product you might want to purchase, you can always check out ebates which gives you cashback when you shop through them. I used them to purchase my tickets to Vegas a couple years ago with travelocity and I did receive my big fat cheque. So, it’s not a scam.
So, how is everyone else’s Xmas shopping going? Are you on top of your Xmas lists this year?
