I almost forgot to write a post today. I think my self-care this week really revolves around food as I have gotten quite a few treats this week. Like ice cream cake, timbits and cupcakes.

Nothing too major happened this week in terms of myself needing self-care. I just do self-care to keep myself from burning out amongst other things.

I am deciding on whether I should share something really personal or not, which is also why I kind of forgot about today’s post.

Anyways, hope everyone is having a good week.
