Honestly, my self-care this week has consisted of sleeping and working out when I am not too tired to work out. I think that doing a little bit of cardio really helps make me feel less fatigued. So, I’m trying to incorporate at least a little bit of cardio more often in the week since I have just been so tired lately. Need those endorphins.

What helps you when you are tired and sleep just is never enough?

  1. I’ve found that listening to my body’s call to rest has been healing. Some days I get more done than others – offering myself unconditional acceptance of where I’m at each day helps me.

    As for activity that helps? Hula hooping.

    Hands down, if I get to hooping I’ll often find my whole system waking up with the movement 🙂
